LT Nick Zieser graduated in 2008 from the U.S. Coast Guard Academy with a B.S. in Management. Upon reporting to the CGC Gallatin (WHEC 721) in Charleston, South Carolina, he assumed duties as Gunnery Officer. In 2010 LT Zieser reported to the CGC Block Island (WPB 1344) as the Executive Officer. During this tour he also earned a Merchant Mariner’s Credential as 100-ton Master. In 2012, he was accepted to the Coast Guard Academy Instructor Program and reported to the College of William & Mary, Mason School of Business where he earned degrees as a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Accounting.
