CDR Hart joined the Management Department as a rotating military instructor in 2019. He also serves as the Associate Vice Provost for Finance at USCGA. CDR Hart’s previous assignments include First Lieutenant on CGC SENECA, Executive Officer on CGC MORRO BAY, Financial Analyst and Funds Manager at CG Headquarters, and Incident Management Division Chief at Sector Southeastern New England. CDR Hart is a CPA licensed in the Commonwealth of Virginia. He also holds a CGFM certification.
