Dr. Yang XuDr. Yang Xu is a Full Professor in the Management Department at the School of Leadership and Management. She holds a Ph.D. in Business from Virginia Tech. Dr. Xu has taught a variety of management and business administration courses and published many articles in various top or reputable refereed academic journals as the single or primary author. She was awarded grants and scholarships for research projects and professional development. Her scholarly accomplishments are widely recognized by academics because her publications are cited by top journals in management. Dr. Xu participates actively in the service to the Academy and the profession. She served a two-year term as Director of Center for Advanced Studies at the Academy and over ten years on various committees of Academy of Management. Dr. Xu is currently the Associate Dean of School of Leadership and Management.
