I grew up in Cumming, GA, located an hour north of Atlanta. I have always enjoyed anything on the water, including waterskiing, kayaking, and fishing! A 2021 Academy grad, I was a varsity swimmer and competed in swimming all four years. I was awarded as a Division III All-American.

I reported to Coast Guard Cutter BENJAMIN DAILEY, a Fast Response Cutter (FRC) based out of Pascagoula, MS, as my first unit. It was the first FRC crew to dual-crew, onboard the CGC JACOB POROO, after the CGC BEN DAILEY experienced a major mishap. I acted as both Weapons /Operations Officer while onboard and operated in high-tempo Law Enforcement Coast Guard missions, including interdiction of narcotics/illegal fishing activities and alien migrant interdiction operations. I traveled to Key West, Pensacola, and South-Padre Island/Corpus Christi while conducting missions.
