The Office of Scholarship, Research and Innovation coordinates the internship program for cadets, and establishes strategic academic partnerships with government and industry to enhance educational opportunities for cadets and faculty; and to support the U.S. Coast Guard.
CENTER FOR ARCTIC STUDY AND POLICY
The Center for Arctic Study and Policy promotes research and analysis to support U.S. Coast Guard missions and national policy and strategic objectives in the Arctic. This Coast Guard Center addresses present and future challenges to ensure safe, secure, and environmentally responsible maritime activity in this complex, changing region.
Internships
Cadets entering their senior year are eligible for summer internship assignments between their junior (second class) and senior (first class) year.
