Visit Opportunities
We welcome you to visit us and learn more about the Coast Guard Academy. The Admissions Division frequently hosts Admissions Briefs with Campus Tours as well as on-campus day programs and virtual programming. If you are interested in attending an event or program, please consult our campus programs page for more detail, or contact our Campus Programs Manager, LCDR John Giovanni, at John.J.Giovanni@uscga.edu.
Let Our Cadets Explain
You know young people value the opinions of their peers. Point your top students to Cadet Blogs, where current Coast Guard cadets share their own experiences at the Academy.
AIM Summer Experience
Refer your top juniors to the Academy Introduction Mission (AIM) program for six non-stop days of the most realistic military service academy experience. The AIM program occurs each July, and the 2026 AIM application will be open February 1st-April 1st 2026.
Meet us on the Road
The Academy hosts admission workshops throughout the United States in the fall and spring, often at Coast Guard units. Meet cadets and cadet parents. Meet junior officers who are protecting us, the environment, and our economy every day. You can even tour a Coast Guard unit. Registration required.
