Interdisciplinary Engineering Curriculum
This major draws from multiple engineering disciplines and provides students with a broad background to work in numerous engineering fields, while also preparing graduates for service in most other CG and civilian career paths. An engineering core curriculum combined with engineering and free electives provides a solid engineering education with increased flexibility to explore an area or areas of interest. The program is designed to meet ABET accreditation criteria to support professional licensure and graduate school. The capstone sequence and elective choices advance an interdisciplinary approach with coursework across departments and schools.
