LT Collin Tuttle joined the Marine Science section of the CGA Science Department in the summer of 2018. LT Tuttle has previously served afloat on two cutters as well as completing a postgraduate tour. Operational specialties include ice operations (icebreaking) and cutter-based law enforcement.
