Marine and Environmental Sciences
LCDR Collin Tuttle is a 2012 graduate of the Coast Guard Academy with a degree in Marine and Environmental Sciences. A permanent cutterman, he has served afloat as a deck watch officer on CGC Active, Executive Officer on CGC Katmai Bay, and Operations Officer on CGC Mackinaw. LCDR Tuttle received his Master’s in 2018 from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in Atmospheric and Oceanic Science. He has been an instructor of Marine Science from 2018-2021 and from 2023-present.
