Operations Research and Data Analytics

The ORDA Summer Internship Program is designed for first class cadets who have displayed exceptional abilities both academically and militarily. The program provides cadets with an opportunity for educational and professional growth, as they perform operations research work for the Coast Guard or other government agencies.

Whether it’s aircraft repair and supply, boating safety, workforce planning, or any other operations problem in need of a solution, ORDA interns have the opportunity to see firsthand the real-world, day-to-day challenges encountered by practicing operations research professionals.
